A builder who treats every project as a portfolio piece
Eric Sun (孙天元) founded Blue Lion Builder to build luxury homes in Palo Alto, Los Altos and Menlo Park: new builds, tear-down rebuilds, whole-house remodels and additions.
The company was registered with the California Secretary of State in October 2024. Construction is carried out by Blue Lion Builder Group LLC under California State License Board Class B general building licence #1146788.
We only take on work we can supervise in person: from the feasibility assessment through design, permits, construction and handover, Eric follows every stage himself.
